Blackberry Z30 Unlocking Instructions

Blackberry Z30 Unlocking Instructions

The Blackberry Z30 was launched in October 2013. A few of the notable features of this cellphone include a Dual-core 1.7 GHz Krait processor, Qualcomm MSM8960T Pro Snapdragon chipset, Adreno 320 GPU, 16 GB of built in storage space (as well as an external microSD card slot that can be expanded up to 64 Gigabytes), 2 GB RAM, 5.0 inch capacitive touch screen with 16M colors, 8 Mega-pixel auto-focus LED flash digital camera, 1080p@30fps video, 2 MP 720p@30fps secondary camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, Gps, and works on the BlackBerry 10.2 Os.

Unlocking your phone will allow you to use it with other GSM carriers worldwide, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Fido, Koodo, Vodafone, Tim, Claro, and many more. Shortly after you order, the unlock code with instructions will be emailed to you.

Unlocking Instructions:

1) Insert a non accepted simcard into the phone (any simcard that is not from the original phone carrier). Power on phone.

2) Go to settings > security and privacy > simcard. Tap on “Unlock Network”.

3) Enter in the unlock code when prompted. If you don’t have an unlock code for your phone, you can get one on our Blackberry unlock code webpage.

4) The phone should display the message “Network Code Entered Successfully”. Your Blackberry is now unlocked.

To confirm that your phone is unlocked, go back to “Sim Card” and you will notice that your phone number is displayed. And under the section “Phone Network Lock”, you will see that Network/Network Subset/Service Provider all show as unlocked. Go back to your home screen and in the top right hand corner you will see signal bars and the name of your new carrier.
